SOLUTIONS
The Marion Technology Group provides management support solutions to our clients. They can range from strategy engagement (brainstorming) to vendor assessment and management to providing regular updates on technology advances (what executive has time to read anymore?).
The service will be catered to your unique needs but there will be a simple agreement and straightforward day to day relationship, guaranteed!
HOW DO WE ENGAGE?
First our Managing Partner will meet with you and discuss your needs. We will customize the arrangement to those needs but also include some of the built-in services like brainstorming, technology updates and Q&A. A simple SOW will be put in place either for T&M (we will do a fixed fee where possible) or for an open retainer of consulting services (flexible retainer with rollover hours). We will almost always be able to adjust an agreeement on very short notice.
Remember, our goal is to save you time, not add to it!
